GRAMER ATLANTIC, S.L. (Mecanizados del Besós)is a company dedicated to the manufacture of metal parts intended for sectors such as oil and petrochemicals and machinery components for the water purification sector.


The Quality Policy is based on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement by meeting product requirements and the Quality objectives established by the Company, adopting the following commitments:


Define, implement and maintain an up-to-date Quality System, whose basic elements are developed in the Quality Manual and Procedures.


To create a favorable climate within the Company, training and motivating staff in relation to quality, being faithful to the environment, controlling and reducing energy costs as much as possible, promoting teamwork, safe and accident-free work and respecting the established safety regulations in each activity, making all the necessary resources available to us for this purpose.


To provide the company with the necessary human and technical resources to ensure quality and compliance with established requirements.


Ensure the continuous review of the Quality System, through internal audits that allow us to critically review and facilitate its improvement.


To achieve total customer satisfaction, ensuring and maintaining the trust placed in them, through continuous quality improvement and working on the prevention of non-conformities, even anticipating their appearance, always giving a quick and effective response to any problem caused to the customer.


To this end, the managers express their commitment to providing the necessary resources for the application of the stated quality policy, through the implementation of the quality system, based on the ISO 9001 standard.
