Mecanizados del Besós S.L. is a company dedicated to the manufacture of metal parts for sectors such as oil and petrochemical and machinery components for the water treatment sector.

The Quality Policy is based on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement by meeting the requirements of the product and the Quality objectives established by the Company, adopting the following commitments:

To define, implement and keep updated a Quality System, whose basic elements are developed in the Quality Manual and Procedures.

To create a favorable climate within the Company, training and motivating the staff in relation to quality, being faithful to the environment, controlling and reducing energy costs as much as possible, promoting teamwork, safe and without accidents and respecting the established safety regulations in each activity, putting all the necessary resources within our reach.

To provide the company with the necessary human and technical resources to ensure quality and compliance with the established requirements.

To assure the continuous revision of the Quality System, by means of internal Audits that allow us a critical revision and facilitate the improvement of the same one.

To obtain the total satisfaction of the client, assuring and maintaining the confidence deposited by him, by means of the continuous improvement of the quality and working in the prevention of the Nonconformities, anticipating even, to the appearance of the same ones, giving always a fast and effective answer before any problem caused to the client.

For it, the managers demonstrate their commitment for the endowment of the necessary resources in the application of the policy of quality enunciated, through the implantation of the system of quality, based on norm ISO 9001.
