Skid PW 500L
Recirculation’s and storage’s Skid for purified water with sanitization by electric resistance incorporated in the jacket
Mecanizados del Besós has designed, manufactured, and successfully delivered a skid for recirculation and storage of purified water (PW) at 60 degrees to one of our main customers.
The Skid includes a 500-liter tank with a regular sanitization at 80 degrees. The heat transfer has been done through electric resistances, instead of vapor as it uses to be, giving a response to one requirement from the end client.
The tank respects the following norms and codes:
- Mechanical design: ASME VIII Division 1
- Pharmaceutical design: ASME BPE

Mecanizados del Besós designs a knob for a passthrough gate on the basis from the client’s need. The lock gate has a limit turn to ensure its sfety. The solution responds to a demand of a pharmaceutical client. Its production will be in batches of 20 units, machining the components, the grit blasting, and the assembly of the final product.
